The "Work Phone" are 1, 2, or 4 channel telephone/audio processor boardsfor the SBus. The board employ the Motorola 56 DSP chip forcomputations. Audio signals are compressed and expanded by A-law/M-lawunder software control. Connections are via standard RJ-11 telephonejacks. The DSPhas 16K of private memory, plus the "Work Phone" have14x18 bit-fifso to buffer data on the board. The boards are approved tomeet-FCC Part-68 and Part-15 class A.
